Financial Aid

There are a number of financial aid opportunities available to students residing in the Residential Colleges.

University-level Aid

You are encouraged to apply for financial aid as soon as you have applied for admission to NUS through the Office of Financial Aid (OFA) at the Undergraduate Financial Aid Portal. Once submitted online, applicants will automatically be considered for all other NUS bursaries, where eligible.

UTown Financial Aid

UTown Bursaries

To be considered for UTown bursaries for AY2019/2020, please apply via through the Office of Financial Aid (OFA) by 1 April 2019. Please click here for more information.

Residential College Scholarships

To be considered for  Residential College scholarships for AY2019/2020, please click here to apply by 30 April 2019.  Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email in June 2019. For more information, please click here.

Residential Programme Bursaries

Residential Programme Bursaries are available to Singaporean undergraduates residing at the College of Alice & Peter Tan. To be considered for the bursary, please apply for financial aid through the OFA.  More information can be found here.

CAPT Grants

The scheme will assist students with meeting the cost of staying at College of Alice & Peter Tan. It is open to students who are Singapore Citizens/Singapore Permanent Residents and International students. It is not applicable for exchange students.

Application for College of Alice & Peter Tan Grant, AY2019/2020 is now open. Please apply for financial aid through the Office of Financial Aid (OFA) at the Undergraduate Financial Aid PortalThere is no need to indicate that you are applying for CAPT Grant via the Financial Aid Portal. From the application that you have submitted,  OFA will assess your suitability for the available financial aids and you will also be assessed for CAPT grant by the College.

Students who are already receiving another bursary/scholarship/other forms of financial aid should check with your bursary/scholarship/financial aid provider for eligibility to receive the CAPT grant before applying for financial aid.
