Ian Lubek is a Professor (Adjunct) of Psychology at University of Guelph (Canada) an international advisor to Cambodian NGO Siem Reap Citizens for Health, Educational and Social Issues (SiRCHESI). Professor Lubek discussed the transformation of Cambodian women’s lives through literacy, empowerment, health promotion, grass-roots advocacy and union activism.
