Life in university is fun and exciting, but there are times when you might feel overwhelmed and stressed. Remember that you are not alone on your journey – do reach out if you need any support! Here are some support systems available.
The Resident Fellow (RF) and Resident Assistants (RAs) in your neighbourhood are here to provide pastoral care and advice. Feel free to approach them if you need any support.
You will be able to find the contact details of the Residential Life team on the neighbourhood notice boards.
Besides the RFs and RAs, you can approach other Fellows and Staff for support. Their contact details can be found here and here.
CAPT Support is a student initiative that aims to promote mental wellness, raise awareness of mental health issues among CAPTains and provide peer support. Do reach out to your fellow CAPTains for support if you need any help or just a listening ear.
Follow CAPT Support on Instagram or email them at
capt.mentalhealth@gmail.com
Do you need professional care or assessment about a problem or an illness? The University Health Centre will be the place to turn to.
