CAPT Senior Programme AY2024/2025

The information on this page is for CAPT students in their second/third year who would like to apply for CAPT Senior Programme in the College for one or both semesters of their third/fourth year.

15 January 2024, 8pm Info Session at Seminar Room 1 & 2
8 January to 7 February 2024, 12 noon Application Period
Mid-End March Results Notification (via applicants’ NUS email) and Acceptance of Offer
Application Window Eligibility Application Procedure
8 January to 7 February 2024, 12 noon 1. Current CAPT seniors who wish to continue to stay in CAPT for AY2024/2025 Sem 1 and/or Sem 2. (Students going on SEP may apply for one semester, please indicate your SEP plan in the application form.) 

2. If you have been granted under ‘Stop-the-Clock’ to return to CAPT for one semester (Semester 1) during Year 3 and wish to stay for Semester 2, you should apply in this window to extend your residency.

Application must be made through the online application form below by 7 February 2024 (Wednesday), 12 noon 
Note:
One of the distinctive features of the UTown Residential Colleges is the opportunity for a deeper and broader academic experience. Members of the College who are offered a place in this exercise should continue to participate in structured academic activity during their year of residence. This may take the form of a credit-bearing course (Capstone Experience, ISC, UROP, senior seminar course), or other Living and Learning activities such as Reading Groups, or an individual/group academic project approved by the College.

Follow the steps below to apply for Senior Retention:

Step 1:  You may wish to refer to the slides that were presented during the info session. 

Step 2: Apply via application form latest by 7 February 2023 (Wednesday), 12 noon. Hard copies, late submissions, or submissions via e-mail will not be accepted. Do apply early and refrain from submitting your application at the last minute.
