CAPT’s Residential Life (RL) team comprises Resident Fellows (RFs) and Resident Assistants (RAs) and it is led by the College Master, Director of Residential Life and Director of Student Life. The RL team is guided by the following Vision and Mission:
Vision
To create a safe, inclusive, respectful, and compassionate residential living and learning environment in CAPT.
Mission
In support of CAPT’s educational mission, the residential life team will work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to build the community, maintain safety, provide pastoral care and peer support, and guide residents to resources.
Resident Assistants (RAs) are graduate or senior undergraduate student leaders appointed by the College. Their role is to strengthen the support network for students in the residences, look after their welfare and to enrich their residential life.
