ACE Tree-Planting @ Westlite Kranji Quick Build Dorms
With the gradual resumption of activities in the latter half of the pandemic year, Westlite invited CAPTains to visit the Kranji Quick Built Dormitory (QBD). Members from the Migrants’ Sub-committee of CAPT’s Active Community Engagement (ACE) Wing made a recce visit to the dormitory in November.

Donovan Liew receives Lee Hsien Loong Award for Outstanding All-Round Achievement 2021

Community Engagement Festival (CE Fest) is CAPT’s annual flagship event. In CE Fest 2022, we hope to dispel pre-conceived notions about some communities and be the bridge in sparking a passion for community engagement within CAPTains.

The third CAPT Research Forum titled ‘Leading Change in Sustainability & Disability Inclusion: Unpacking Active Citizenship through Research & Practice’ was held on 17 September 2022 and saw a total of 69 attendees.
Community Engagement Festival (CE Fest) October 2022
In CE Fest AY 2022/2023, we aim to eliminate prejudice against communities and to inspire CAPTains to pursue their passion in community engagement. This CE Fest engaged 238 CAPTains, as well as 27 community partners.

CAPTSumba served as a springboard to restart the Service Learning Group (SLG) CAPTClouds which was cancelled in 2020 due to COVID-19.
Traversing Time and Culture in Thailand: Winter Programme with Mahidol University
