Project Kindle+

Project Kindle+ is a mentoring programme for foster youth from Epworth Community Services. The project aimed to develop foster adolescents into independent thinkers through a structured group engagement programme. Through an evidence-based approach, Project Kindle+ incorporated various elements of mentoring, group engagement, and outside classroom learning to create an optimal environment for the youths to pick up independent thinking skills. With training and guidance from Epworth Community Services, the team hopes that the model created from this project will be a blueprint that can be replicated to benefit foster youths.
